Insurance and WSIB you can check
Liability insurance and WSIB coverage on every job. Ask for proof before we start — it is a fair question, and any contractor working in your home should be able to answer it.
Licensed trades for licensed work
Anything that needs an ESA permit, a plumbing permit or gas work is done by, or referred to, a licensed electrician, plumber or gas technician. We tell you up front — never on the day, never quietly.
